I have recently moved a Sprint Protege KSU w/SVP-4 voice mail for a customer and have been "attempting" to add a new mailbox. I am having difficulty getting past the "enter class of service" part of adding the mailbox. These are the steps that I am taking: Press 3 Press 2 to add Enter the mailbox number Enter the extension number Enter the COS as 0 for no toll restriction or 6 for toll restriction on long distance calls
I have tried entering COS 0,1,2,3,4,5,6............ What am I doing wrong?

I sent you an email. It is always easier to program through a laptop than going through the Admin mail box.

COS... Going through the admin box it might be a three digit number 000. By default the COS is "0".
