Can someone tell me how to have tiers within a Hunt Group? I would like to have a HG ring a set of Agent ID's then if they are busy move onto the next set. I tried setting up Agent ID Extension lists but when you set it to linear it rings all the agens in the list at the same time.

You can have your first HG recall to a second HG with different Agents in it, if that is what you are looking for.
