Hi, Just to tell you all that I just got a problem at a client and how I fix it with the help of Samsung tech support. The client is setup with a 7200 with SIP trunk, 5 DID that ring on 5 differents extensions. The problem was that the operator receive call on the sip trunk 8505 with CID of 3 digits only... exemple: 350 10 to 15 minutes wait then 351, 352, etc. When you pick up its hang up. After speaking with Samsung they told me to try to: 5.2.12 SIP extension configuration carrier exclusive ENABLE (only carrier will be able to log in) They think that someone was trying to log a SIP phone to make phone call from my client system, so be carefull !!!

Follow up In the next couple of days, I receive a call saying that some of the SIP DID where busy, that was new, it started 30 to 45 minutes after a enable the carrier exclusive. External caller where not able to dial in to some of the DID. After some test I disable the carrier exclusive and now everything is back to normal... No more call in and no more busy.

Sounds like you provider has several server ip's that it sends calls from.
I think there is a way of adding these in but i can't remember
