Some boxes in eManager are grayed out, is this because of the version of software on this board? Using eManager ver. 4.10A32.
Trying to get Caller ID to program location 313-04.

AR1.02 is pretty old software, but I was not aware that caller ID is not supported.

It is true that the processor's software can be upgraded to up to 3.10MK063. The only place I think you can find this is through an authorize Toshiba dealer.

Thank You for answering the question, I had done some more reading and thought that was the most logical answer.

Caller id should be supported even on that old software. It's probably grayed out because eManager wasn't made to go that far back. But it's easier to upgrade the processor's software than to install WinAdmin.

Is this software update something someone can send me attached to an email or do I have to find a dealer - our last dealer in this area closed (3.10 MK063) Thanks in advance - Lyle

Installed eManager 5.20B21 and tried to update to Ver.3.10MK063,
everything seems to work up to the point of activate new version.
SM/SD Card shows files when looked at on computer but doesn't show up in eManager SD window - no files in left window of screen. Is there another way to get this to activate?

You can't just upgrade the software on the processor with Network Emanager. You have to have the proper nhs file for the software level. Find a local dealer!

I have the file (CIX100_R_MK063)Zipped version and when eManager askes for a location of the file it loads this file into eManager and runs the upgrade but doesn't activate it. Does it need to go to a lower level first from ver. AR1.02MA223.00 to get to this new version of software? Could you list the steps involved. Thanks DD782
