Greetings and Happy Holidays, Trying to wrap my head around this one. I have a client who answers all calls live, however they get a fair amount of bogus calls. They would like the ability to create a "Blacklist" via caller ID. If the call is "Blacklisted" it goes to a voice mailbox saying I'm sorry your number appears in our Blacklist table if you feel your number should be removed please send an email to xxx.com and explain why your number is valid, if the number is not in the table it should be presented directly to the operator with no AA treatment. Is this possible? Thanks, John

The easiest way would be to use the CLI/CID routing feature of the system (can't remember the MMC/DM menu off the top of my head, but just search in DM for it) to send those callers straight into the vm. Then use the invalid destination in the day main menu (and or night main, holiday main, etc if you use the vm modes) to send the callers to the annouce only mailbox.
