Hi Guys Im installing a 7100 with AA and the customer wants the calls if not answered or they wish to hold to record a greeting until an operator answers the call. they want their MOH to play while they are waiting. I know how to set up the AA but it is the call waiting im having a problem with. If anyonr can help i would be very greatful.

Sorry Guys if I am not clear on this.
The call comes into the AA they can select 1 to leave a message or hold for an operator , while they are holding they will the customers MOH abd then here a message that the customer has recorded saying that their call is important and to please hold.
It is this that I am having a problem with. Please help.

turn on transfer MOH and send the call to another message if not answered after so many rings.
