I installed an SL1100 system awhile back for a customer. They are stating that off and on the caller id will sometimes display the wrong number, or its jumbled or just wont display at all. I spoke with NECNTAC and they say there is no setting in programming that could affect this. The customer states it has only been like this since the new system was installed. Any ideas or suggestions on where to turn to next would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

If they are analog trunks, also check the loop current. If they are too hot, that will jumble things up.

I don't know if it would help or not but if they are POTS lines (is there anything else in Havre? :-)I would run the Side Tone Adjustment Setup using PG 90-68-01 from a phone.
