Old blond hippity hopping Bunnie Member Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 3,869 Los Angeles, CA	I have an X-116 that is a few years old and almost all the displays are so dim that they are useless. There is one newer pink phone that is about half brightness. They have been dim for a long time but no one thought to call me. Have you ever seen this before? I have only installed 1 -x16 - 7 telephones ,with 1 adapter for cordless,,about a 1 month ago. No problems yet. Last edited by ATechguy; 08/21/15 09:42 PM.

Deltron Retired Moderator Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 903 Overland Park, Kansas	Virtually all of our X16's have displays that are very dark now. I'm assuming they aren't using LEDs for the display but some kind of cheap electro florescent display. We quit selling them because of this issue.
