Thank you for your help in advance.
I have a customer who would like to have all call forwarded to their main office after a specific time. For example:
Between 8am - 10am, calls rings the branch office. From 10:00AM to 4pm, calls get forwarded from the branch office to the main office.
How would I accomplish this? We have a Officeserv 7100.
Thanks, Devop

You may want to give some more information.Like what system you have, what type of trunks to begin with. Maybe they already have that feature on the trunk lines?

Thanks.
It's an OfficeServ 7100. We are using OfficeServ DM v4.93. The trunk lines are PRI.
We have two offices:
Main office Branch Office - connected to the main office where the PBX sits via VPN. We have VoIP phones there. Staff is usually there until 10am. No one answers call at that office after 10am.
All calls are routed through the PBX. Calls need to be routed to other extensions at main office after 10am.

So what you can do is setup a ring plan change at 10am so those calls will ring to a different group

Thank you.
How would I have a particular number ring to that different group. Currently, we have group 504 setup and in that group are two extensions, ext 201 and 202 for example. The trunk currently rings to Ring Plan 504. How would I set up the trunk to ring to the other group, say 503, after 10am?

504 is a ring group not a ring plan.Ring groups are where you set what phones you want to ring.Ring plans control the ability to have the system ring different groups based on time of day/ day of week.
Ring plans are set in mmc 507.If you are not familiar with programming it may be worth getting a tech in to set this up for you.
