I've got an IRG containing a VE and an SLT. The VE rings but the SLT doesn't ring, the call doesn't go to it at all.
Any clues?

Pull the VE and see if the SLT rings in that group. Also test that the card is ringing the phone by calling it.

Card is ringing fine - can dial the SLT extension. removed the VE from the group - group rang but the SLT didn't.

You might want to look at the software revisions and call NEC.

If the system has not been reset, do so first. This sounds drastic, but I have seen it fix many unusual issues. 1. make a back up of the database. 2. factory default the system. 3. test at default. If it doesn't work, then you have a KSU issue. 4. reload your back up database. 5. test.

Hi,
Go to 24-09 on the VE, setup Call forwarding Both Ring and put the SLT extension number.
