Hello all.
OfficeServ 7100 with an MP10a
POTS lines
Digital phones
The customer is wanting normal CID information (Name/Number) to show for all incoming calls EXCEPT calls that come in on a specific line. When this specific line has an incoming call, the customer wants the screen to show "LAT"
How do I accomplish this?

So you set all trunks to display cid except the one they don't want it on.For that trunk make it ring a station group and enter the name LAT for the station group. Calls to that trunk should show call for 5XX LAT

Calls to that trunk should show call for 5XX LAT Duh. Lol. Thanks. I had programmed it years ago and forgot that was the simple solution. Thanks!!
