(I know that an MICS is a bit of overkill, but I think that sometimes they are a more cost effective solution) The Cloud is just someone else's computer!

All extensions can have CLID, where as a MICS needs to be 6.1 at least I believe. You can pick up a used CICS pretty cheap...
