I have 3 Nortel venture telephones that I just put into service, is there a way to totally default these units and return them to factory settings? Thank you.
Do you need a Nortel Phone System technician or specific Nortel parts?

Yes this is for my phone(s), I will look at #26 and see what that does. From one of the other extensions, there are 3, I try to call with the 3rd extension from the intercom and it says that, "phone not responding", and when I use the 2nd one everything is fine *Also thank you for your response*

Sorry about forgetting to post that, but, after much trouble shooting, it was determined that the cam is bad, the intercom works, and doesn't work intermittenly, so I will replace the cam. Also that particular phone is the only one that does that. I tried switching to another phone, I defaulted everything that I could. I went to pages 20 and 24 of the manual for option # 26 as recomended and applied those procedures.
