I have a client that has a NEC IPK system and 1 phone is always on Voice Over mode. (When any internal extension calls this phone, the ICM always goes over the speaker rather than ring the extension). I was able to find how an extension can call Voice over, but unable to find how to remove the extension in this mode. I'm guessing the user must of dialed a feature code. Thanks

Are you sure this is a IPK and not the IPK II? If its a IPK the display phones will have 1 line If its a IPK II the display will have 2 lines
I'm asking because I don't know if the IPK gives the users the ability to toggle between voice announce and ringing, the IPK II does
IPK II: To enable handsfree answer back press the speaker key for intercom dial tone, dial 721 For forced intercom ringing press the speaker key for intercom dial tone, dial 723
