I finally solved the problem, the mistake I made is that I based myself on the 7000 series programming manual. what I did is when the phone asks me for the program number after I log in as a technician (MMC800), I scrolled with the volume button until I found the program 414 ( cid trunk ) which was on normal and then I changed it to CID TRUNK TRSF 800 PASSCOD 1 SPEAKER 414 [701] CID TRUNK CID TRUNK also MMC119 RING LINE1: (NO DISPLAY) changed to (CLI NUMBER FIRST) Thanks to everyone who tried to help me.

Mmc codes are different in some countries. This is why finding a manual on google may not be correct for your country. Also depending on the system version there could be differences to the manual.
Also if you change mmc119 to cli name first, you can program names against numbers in mmc728 which will then display. If no name is programmed it will show the number.
