Hello guys,
We have inter tel version 11. When someone press outgoing and dialed the numbers the phone will go to a dial tone or to idle state. This happen one out five try.
We are rebooting the system tonight, but I want to see if someone experience this before.

Sounds like a dead phone line. Dial the trunk access codes individually to test.

Then that's the line that's dead!
Well, let me clarify. That's where to start troubleshooting. Reset the LSC and test the line at the block.
