I have a DID blcok that when calls come in they go to the attendant console. Can anyone walk me through what I may have programmed incorrectly? I have one phone setup on the switch and 4 DID trunks. Can anyone help.

Your going to need one of the Avaya moderators on that one, I was just asking what system so they would know what your talking about. I'm sure one will chime in.

Yes, the extensions start at 3200 and the DID range is set to 3200-3299. Originally posted by Z-man: do your incoming digits correspond with your extension numbers?

What is the ext. number to the phone that you have hooked up and what number are you dialing. You should connect a couple of more phones and see if you are having trouble with all incoming calls or one.

I assigned three more DID extensions and they all still go to the operator. Can anyone help with this issue. Could it possibl be my DID card. Originally posted by dialtone: What is the ext. number to the phone that you have hooked up and what number are you dialing. I would suspect that the digits comming in are incorrect. Probably the wrong length. Do a List Trace TAC. to see the call. Also check in system-parameters features the unanswered DID timer, should be blank or greater than any coverage. Also, check the invalid destination, probably the attendant.
