Partner 2 Cab. system
Processor Mod R4.1
Expansion CPU R3.1
7 206E 3.1
Problem: HFAI is not working, (stopped about 2 years ago, according to the users) Mic/HFAI light is on but when you dial the ext. it rings and never goes to HF unless you press the speaker button. What I read said all you need to do is make sure the Mic/HFAI button is on per phone. Is there any other programing to go with this?
What could make this feature stop working?
Please help!!

Are you pressing * before the ext number?
You need to.
