Ok I move some of the stuff around and it is still doing the same thing going to ext 114 with number 1147 and going to ext 115 with 1154. I did what you said and nothing.here is how I have it now.

Dial plan routing table

Entry number.....0.........1..........2........
ntwkserv:...any ser......any ser.....any ser....
Expected.........4.........4..........4.........
pattern.........5800.......7175......1147.......
digt delete......4.........4..........4.........
ADD.............100.......100........101........

Now entry 0 work great this is the main number and the hunt group it goes to ext 100. Entry 1 work great it goes to ext 100 perfect. Entry 2 does not work the number goes to ext 114 ???? My DID range is 1147-1166 I tried to diffent ext still the same thing. I tried to delete 3 digits still nothing. Then I tried to take ext 147 and renumber it to 1147 and that would not let me but the VM ports are 7105-7108 Help!!!!!!!!!!!

I still have not received that PM.

I do PRI's on this product in my sleep.

However, I must admit, I do them better when I am awake.

.....but not much better.....

It looks a lot like they are only sending 3 digits.

As a test, I would renumber an extension to be 1147, and see what happens.

Let's see what that test does, and go from there.

I tried that and it would not let me renumber. The VM port are 7105-7108 soo I know that they can go in to the four digits but when I tried to take ext 147 and renumber it didn't work.

If you have an ext 114 it will not allow you change one to 1147. You would have to change 114 to something else to make the change.
