I have a customer who has a Merlin Legend with Merlin Messaging. The use the system as an Auto Attendant. They would like to have it setup that when a caller dials 0, that it rings the main operator (which it is currently doing), then after a few rings, ring 2 more phones, then 2 additional rings a few additional phones, then overflow back to the AA.
We have tried some things with call coverage and secondary coverage, but the call only ring the first phone. Does this scenario seem possible?

It sounds like the operator phone call forwards to voice mail after #? rings, not giving cover phones time to ring as you want

You would take away the Operator's personal mailbox, recreate it and this time assign it to AA-1. Then you set the 0-out of the Auto Attendant to the Operator's actual extension number, instead of the "Call Answer System Operator". Finally, add a Primary Coverage button with Delayed Ring to those that cover after a few rings, and a Secondary Coverage button with Delayed Ring to those that are the final destination. If still unanswered, it covers to voice mail, and the Auto Attendant pickes up instead of a mailbox.
