Just a quick brush up. If someone dials 911 by default does the system dial 911? or do they have to dial 9 911? See no one is fessing up to this , but this company has had 5 visists from the police in the last 30 days. Ouch! If I enable or allow 11, will that make them have to dial 9 911. Because that is what I think is needed here. Thanks for all your help!

By default "Allow 11" is enabled, which means someone can dial 911 instead of 9-911 and reach emergency services.
If you disable "Allow 11", then they MUST dial 9-911.

Ah, it's set to "disable". So that means that someone is dialing 9 911? If that's the case, How can I tell who it is? Also looking at the E911 lines and trunks. Nothing is entered in. No lines are programmed. I know that by default, that it would use the 70 pool but there is no 70 pool. So how are the calls being routed to 911? Stickly a T1 with two way calling. No analog lines what so ever. Does that mean that E911 table is not being used at all?

The SMDR port will allow for some basic call logging.
