I have a partner ACS with PartnerMail VS 5.0.

I would like the AA to send calls to a group of customer service agents (really just two people). I have the group setup. AA transfers OK. Phones ring as expected. Problem is, if no one answers, calls bounce back to operator (x10). Is there a way for me to have the unanswered calls go to one of the extensions in the group after the set number of rings? Or does it have to go the a voicemail box setup for the group? I am using group 3. So, I assume that I have to set up a voicemail box for extension 73, correct? Or can I accomplish something similar using a Hunt Group or Call Coverage?

Thanks for your help!

I don't believe there is any way to do that with a VS R5. I have done it with the Partner Messaging but it involves a phantom mailbox which the older VS R5 doesn't support.

You can get creative, and loop a station port to a CO port, include the extension in the calling group, and assign a mailbox to cover the CO port.
