Are they using NI1 or NI2.
Magix only likes NI1 for PRI.

Magix only likes NI1 if using National protocol. It does not like NI2. National and Custom are two different protocols.

We have never had any luck with a PRI coming in via NI2 on a Magix/Legend.
A plain ole T-1 will work with pretty much anything and anybody.

One thing to keep in mind is that not all CO switches can/or will talk NI1 with a PRI.
Good Luck.

Vance,
T-Bird doesn't prove nothing. I did it twice with Fiber PRI. Provider was set up for AT&T protocol which they claimed to be Custom but we couldn't make it to work. Third time Level 2 support changed something and T1 came up. They didn't want to tell me what was wrong on their side but they made it to work. Tell the guys at the switch side ask Level 2 support what is 5ESS Custom protocol is and you will be fine. The only one thing you have to remember that if TEI set to anything different then 0 your D-channel will not work.
