I have a customer with a Definity PBX and a local Intuity. They have 3 other sites who also have Definity PBX's, but who share the Intuity. The time stamp is good on V.Mails at the local Voice Mail Boxes, but ahead 1 hour on the other sites. I tried rebooting the Intuity with no changes. I also tried tried setting the synchronization, again with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks. Steve

The only think I can say is to check the time on each of the switches. If 2 of the three are not current with the time and you did a sync with voicemail, it could have messed with something.

I'd also go into the Intuity and check the date/time again to make sure it is current.

Anyone else have suggestions?

You mite want to check the timezone in the intuity for all the switches.

The time is correct in the Intuity as I stated. The local subscribers voice stamps are all correct and all 4 PBX's time is correct. It's very odd.

Both Chris (neh-telecom) and Dave (liquidvw) are "the bomb" when it comes to this stuff.

I can't emphasize enough that you've come to the right board for answers to the hardest questions.
