Have you tried this same thing using two different phones? And are the results the same? Try checking your IEs system parameters "sys_rings_no_answer" default is 3. And check the "sys_cancel_busy_hold" And check your Configuration Properties of the "Telephone System Intergration" making sure of your "Intergration Patterns" Also if your looking for call coverage why not use a MCG?
