I have a customer that just remodeled an office. They have a nivce conference table that they ran some conduit from an overhead NEC projector down the wall in the concrete floor to underneath the table inside a base for the table. Now, we all told them that they needed larger conduit. They insisted that a 1/2 " conduit would work. The electrician put in a 1/2" and a 3/4". We have to have 5 cat5 cables into the area. And a VGA cable with audio. They do not want to use the wireless function of the projector (don't ask me why). So the question is: Other than the obvious ie: they are idiots, Do any of you know of a source of some Mini cable and connectors for getting this wired? I see that Hubble has a VGA connector that fits into their plates but what kind of wire to use. The customer had gotten a cable that had a large conntector on both ends with a pigtail that screwed onto it to make it work but it was to big to get down the pipe. Thanks for any suggestions!
