Thanks..but is there a way to allow them to dial out, but only internally? That would be a better solution for us than just blocking their ability to call out to any number. If there isn't a way to do that at all, then we'll leave it as it is. that is the way. They can still intercom but not dail out

This is the very reason that FTT and Rowlettdon stated what they have. I know you want to be able to do these things on your own. I am glad you purchased a manual but we spend years learning telecom just as you have with "IT" and unless you can understand your manual I really think you should contact a different vendor in your area. The programming beyond this point should not be conveyed in the open forum
