The extensions that will not be allowed to dial out to an outside line are really only used for intercom calls. There are just a few of them in our business. Everyone else (except for these two extensions) will still be able to dial out.

The extensions in question were installed because of a need to communicate between floors. Those extensions were not meant to be used for calling to outside lines. Some employees abused the privelege of dialing out (that we extended in the past), and we have decided to rescind the privelege on the problem extensions.
