You did not mention they type of voicemail system. If you have caller ID on your lines, then it may be possible to pass caller ID info to the voicemail, but only if the integration is SMDI.

Under 'System Voicemail Data' enable '04'. Under system data, check '17'.

Newtecky mentioned it already and you haven't confirmed whether or not you are using SMDI. You will need SMDI integration for caller id in Stratagy.

Do you have the Stratagy connected to a BSIS port?

SYSTEM CONSISTS OF: ADKU2--SLOT 1 RCOU3--SLOT 2 RCIU1--SLOT 3 IVP8 --SLOT 4 NO OTHER EMPTY SLOTS ----------------
ANOTHER SYSTEM: DOES A iES32 VM REQUIRE A BSIS CARD ALSO?

The IVPs requires a BSIS, which is attached directly to the ACTU processor, which then connects via a serial connection to the com port of the IVP8. If there is no cable from the com port of the IVP8 to an attached card on the processor, then SMDI is not possible.
The IES32 does not require a BSIS card because it connects to the CIX processor using an Ethernet IP connection. It can also connect using the com port to a BSIS, but I typicallly enabled SMDI using an IP connection.
